Your order status will be one of the following:
Your order has been received and is currently in review. We'll contact you if we need more info. The review process typically takes about 2 hours, sometimes longer.
We include this process to protect OpenSky merchants from fraudulent orders, ruffians, and other miscreant behavior! (None of this applies to you, of course, but we're thorough.)
The merchant knows about your order and will process and ship it soon.
This means the merchant has your order and is preparing it for shipment. If you ordered a custom made product, this means production on your item has started.
Means the merchant has shipped your order - if you haven't received it yet then it's en route. Most merchants will also provide the carrier information and tracking number for shipped orders, so you can check their process.
You'll receive an email when your order ships.
The merchant processed your order and it should be on its way to you. Track the shipment using the tracking info provided.
Means either you or the merchant has canceled the order. Most cancellations are initiated by shoppers, but in some rare cases, a merchant will have to cancel an order because they're unable to deliver it.
In either case, you'll receive an email with the cancellation information.
Means you've chosen to return an eligible item.
